TEST ENGINEER

TECHNICAL JOB SKILLS/PHYSICAL OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1.Detail knowledge of PCBA test and inspection process
2.Hands on working experience in Test Engineering
3.Working experience with 5DX, ICT, Functional test equipment and tools
4.Working knowledge with Fabmaster, Valor tools
5.Very organized and self directed person
6.Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
7.Good computer skills using e-mail, XL and word processing skills
8.Ability to be creative and to think "out of the box"
9.A bility to be a good team player
10.Ability to multitask and be able to have strong time mangement skills.
11. Strong problem-solving skills

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

University degree in Electronic Engineering

Define and develop DFT process for Benchmark co., which includes:
a. Strong understanding & hands on experience with industry standard DFT techniques
b. Early involvement with customer and design teams during conceptual stage. Test strategy definition. Test coverage calculation
c. Definition of requirements for Test libraries (components, equipment) required for DFT2. Interface with other groups (D&E, Global IT, Manufacturing, NPI,..) to understand needs and test propose process3. Create and implement training plan, and documentation DFT process
