SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT

•University graduate (Food Industry Science);
•Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP system) is a mayor advantage;
•Relevant experience in purchasing and logistic field in Food Industry (sausage production), preferable in a multinational company, and on a coordinating position;
•Fluency in English, German is an advantage;
•Computer skills (MS Office : Excel, Word, Outlook);
•Very good communication skills, problem solver, proactive, organized, able to meet deadlines, diplomacy.

Key responsibilities :
•Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager for the organization and coordination of purchasing and logistic activities;
•Fixing weekly production planning (e.g. product and quantities) together with the production team;
•Manage product design changes with supplier and production;
•Responsible for supplier claim management;
•Keeping direct contact to customers and suppliers;
•Attending production meetings and forecasting production requirements;
•Coordinating warehouse activities;
•Communicating to Team Leaders, Management and Engineers group;
•Organizing and supervising the system of reporting on a daily and batch basis;
•Coordinate and participate at the stock inventories for the production warehouse (raw materials, additives, work in process and finished goods), organize and evaluate the results.
