PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

•University graduate (Food Industry Science);
•Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP system) is a mayor advantage;
•Relevant experience in Food Industry (sausage production), preferable in a multinational company, and on a coordinating position;
•Fluency in English, German is an advantage;
•Computer skills (MS Office : Excel, Word, Outlook);
•Very good communication skills, problem solver, proactive, organized, able to meet deadlines, diplomacy.

Key responsibilities :
•Working closely with the Production Manager for the organization and coordination of production processes;
•Performing statistical analysis to evaluate performance and support production optimization, in terms of productivity, quality and costs;
•Monitoring the effective use of resources, e.g. raw materials, equipment and staff
•Attending production meetings and forecasting production requirements
•Coordinating all production process;
•Communicating to Team Leaders, Management and Engineers group;
•Organizing shifts and production;
•Organizing and supervising the system of reporting on a daily and batch basis;
•Coordinate stock inventories for the production warehouse (raw materials, additives, work in process and finished goods), organize and evaluate the results;
•Responsible for the recepies of the finished goods.
