PRODUCTION COST CONTROLLER ASSISTANT

Specific requirements :
•University Degree in Economics or Food Industry Engineering;
•At least 3 years experience in supervision, controlling of the production process;
•Experience in working with ERP systems, preferable SAP;
•Ability to read, write, and understand the English language / German is an advantage;
•Excellent written and oral communications skills;
•Knowledge of computerized production control principles;
•Computer skills (MS Office : Excel, Word, Outlook).

Key responsibilities :
•Direct involvement to the correct calculation of the production costs by identifying the real usage of materials and of the number of worker-hours required for production operations;
•Works with Shift Managers and Plant Controller to identify at each production-level the losses and investigates opportunities to increase process efficiency;
•Responsible to track all figures related to the costs of new products development;
•Responsible to maintain / update the Bill of Materials and the Labour Plans in SAP system;
•Analysis and explanation of the variances of the production orders (actual vs standard);
