CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Specific requirements :
•University graduate (Economics);
•Chartered Accountant is a must (CECCAR);
•Experience in Food Industry (sausage production) is an advantage;
•Commercial practice over years in a similar position;
•Relevant experience in Accounting, preferable in a multinational company, and on a coordinating position;
•Fluency in English, German is an advantage;
•Computer skills (MS Office : Excel, Word, Outlook);
•Very good communication skills, problem solver, proactive, organized, able to meet deadlines, diplomacy.

Key responsibilities :
•Acting as overall coordinator on all finance maters;
•Head of a department with 4 employees
•Ensures that all transactions are accounted in accordance with Romanian regulations and Group accounting policies;
•Keeps up-to-date with changes in local accounting and tax legislation;
•Keeps relationship with state authorities on any tax issues , such as tax audits, VAT reimbursements, etc.;
•Ensures the proper management of cash and bank accounts;
•Ensures the proper management of payables and receivables;
•Preparing half and year-end balance sheet;
•Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP system) is an mayor advantage.
