Shift manager

University graduated (BD or above) in Manufacturing or Industry Engineering
Minimum 5 years manufacturing experienced in fields of mechanical or electrical, well qualified with team building and developments
Will-do attitude for work and experienced with teamwork, capability of coordinate team works among different divisions
Fluent in written and spoken English well qualified with reporting skills
Training skills: ISO9000 and TS16949, Lean Production
Excellent leadership and discipline capabilities to motivate and encourage the work force

Daily reporting of key metrics
Masterexperienced with 5S and Lean manufacturing techniques
Job status review and attendance tracking
Follow up dept activities & schedule, coordinate with other departments to improve the process and reduce quality issues
Evaluating the performance of all the sections to determine the root causes and action improvement plans with the assistance of other team members
Headcount planning to be produced inline with weekly labor budgets and production planning activities
An acknowledgement of CNC (computer numeric control), DC (Die casting) or Plating is preferred in automotive and communication parts
Continuous improvement and review of the performance of each production department by machine and operator
Work as a production team leader focused on all areas of manufacturing to ensure productivity, performance and efficiency is inline with company expectations
