Willing to relocate in the event that she/he does not reside in Oradea.

Execute the finance strategy target of the company , including business growth, financing safety & financing risk control
Continuously improve the systems used within F&A and execute the efficient controlling, including procedure, cost
Build a supporting team to allow growth in all areas of the company
Guide & supervise the daily finance administration, including daily booking and periodical accounting closing
Construct proposals to allow senior management to make informed decisions
External & internal-company reconciliation and group reporting
Implementation as a team member of a site ERP system
Prepare the annual business plan, track implements and the achievement of the plan
Arrange finances in accordance with the business plan to ensure the activities of the company can be achieved
Drive cost reductions, finance package reporting & presentation on a monthly basis
