CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

▪ Act as representative of the development department within the program team and at clients' office;
▪ Coordinate the development phase with respect of the current efficiency objectives within the Division (QCDP);
▪ Participate in the meetings of clients' development objectives;
▪ Participate in the analysis of risks;
▪ Coordinate the validation tests;
▪ Validate the ranges manufactured;
▪ Give the technical approval;
▪ Manage the serial life of products currently in production in partnership with the production unit and the client;
▪ Manage any modifications of both the products in conjunction with both the sales department and the client.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

▪ An degree in engineering, preferably in the field of plastics;
▪ From 2 to 5 years experience as a development engineer;
▪ Open minded at an international level with overseas experience being an advantage;
▪ Ability to speak in English, French and Romanian (English as a first or second language is a pre-requisite for this position).
