| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree (Marketing is an advantage)
• Experience of minimum 2-3 years (marketing, advertising agency & fashion )
• Good knowledge of marketing principles and market trends
• Excellent communication, team coordination and negotiation skills
• PC literate (MS Office)
• Good knowledge of English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Creates and proposes the relevant brand/product marketing strategies and develops plans for advertising, sales promotions, public relations
• Creates, implements and develops the marketing strategies and the business plan.
• Proposes and administrates efficiently the Marketing budget
• Negotiates and collaborates with the advertising agencies in order to develop new campaigns and organize public events
• Organizes and coordinates the marketing team
• Devises product for local markets according to location and circumstances, maintaining continuity and profitability
• Realizes market researches in order to develop the clients portfolio and understand the clients needs
• Accountable for the creation and development of specific Direct Marketing programs
• Prepares materials for planning, concept proposals and coordination for launching new products and services in accordance with overall Company strategy
• Reports periodically on the progress and results (costs and profit), making recommendations.
