| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Executive will be focused purely on generating new business from the Corporate and Conference markets. Pro-active sales experience is a pre-requisite for this position, ideally from within the hospitality industry, although this is not essential. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The successful Sales Executive candidate will be required to:
- Sell and promote the bedrooms and conference facilities.
- Research, contact, meet and contract new Corporate and Conference clients required to produce the results as laid down in the hotel revenue budget.
- Record all objectives and planned activities for accounts.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales activity report.
- Carry out face to face client appointments, presentations and any other related client interaction.
- Applicants will be required to be self motivated and demonstrate a hunger for success and have excellent customer service and people skills, communication and organizational skills.
- Be well presented and must have good attention to detail, as well as speaking and understanding English to a very high level. |

The Capital Plaza Hotel offers 95 modern bedrooms and 5 meeting rooms, to accommodate up to 250 delegates. In addition the Hotel offers a restaurant and a coffee shop. |
