| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
To be eligible for this position you should:
1. Be a University Graduate in Marketing; MBA would be considered a plus;
2. Have at least 2 years on a Sales / Marketing or Commercial managerial position, preferably in the field of Industrial Products;
3. Have a very good command of English, both spoken and written;
4. Have excellent oral and written communication skills, very good planning & organizing skills, as well as superior negotiation skills;
5. Be goal oriented, creative and confident in initiating actions;
6. Be able to lead, develop and inspire others, steer teamwork, while maintaining an adequate level of management control;
7. Always demonstrate a high customer focus by being ready to take the extra step required to exceed customers’ expectations, be flexible and adaptable, resilient and able to maintain your effectiveness even under intense stress;
8. Possess project management and computer skills (Windows and MS Office – especially Excel and MS Word; basic knowledge of MS Access would be considered a plus), excellent analytical skills, sound judgment and decisiveness;
9. Be able to work independently to the highest standards of quality and accuracy;

International Group of Companies, activating in the fields of construction and construction materials production and distribution, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of TRADE & MARKETING MANAGER.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Continuously explores and analyses the Market (competition analysis, demand analysis) with the scope of monitoring the competition activity, identifying new markets, niches, new client needs or needs that are not addressed by company’s products and suggests new ideas of products or services in order to increase market share;
2. Leads (chairs) the activity of the New Product Development Committee, along with the R&D, Quality Assurance and Production Managers;
3. Based on the financial targets set by the board, establishes the Annual Sales Targets and Mix;
4. Establishes the Marketing Strategy in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the company;
5. Issues, coordinates the implementation, monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the Annual Marketing Plan;
6. Aligns Brand Strategies & Plans with each distribution channel objectives;
7. Issues monthly the Production & Merchandise Procurement Targets;
8. Evaluates products’ performance throughout the Product Life Cycle and makes adequate decisions regarding the product portfolio;
9. Cooperates with the Logistics Manager to ensure the required levels of products & merchandise stocks prior to NP launchings, consumer and trade promotions;
10. Initiates, establishes, maintains and develops the relationship with the major accounts and distribution partners;
11. Manages the Distribution Channels: evaluates their potential and maximizes their efficiency;
12. Negotiates and signs Annual Distribution Contracts with distributors and retailers in compliance with the approved commercial policy;
13. Improves the products’ Market Coverage, Distribution, Display and Location (CDDL);
14. Designs Competitive Sales Strategies;
15. Designs together with the Finance Manager and the General Manager the Commercial Policy of the company and submits it for approval to the General Management Committee;
16. Designs, Implements, Monitors and Controls Credit Strategies and Policies;
17. Plans the Sales Activity (forecasts sales – in terms of revenues, sales mix; calculates and establishes targets per sales territory, outlets, sales agents);
18. Improves of the Company’s Image on the Market;
19. Manages the Sales Team (regular meetings, organization, territory allocation, sales targets, monitoring their activity, evaluating the performance, determines training needs, etc.);
20. Plans, coordinates the implementation and evaluates the effectiveness of Promotional Activities;
