Factory Leader

• Technical University degree;
• Good knowledge of English or/and German;
• Good PC knowledge: Microsoft Office;
• Experience in a similar position (production management) of at least 3 years;
• Good knowledge of the quality management system, including special trainings related to quality tools;
• Managerial skills;
• Customer orientation;
• Focused on results.

• Leading one of the production segments;
• Coordinating the operators of the factory via Shift Responsible/Team Leaders for achieving main objectives: productivity performance, quality performance, 5S and Environmental and H&S requirements;
• Coordinating the factory core-team members and work together with the Department Managers in order to achieve proper transfers/new launches;
• Managing the factory in order to achieve 100% of the customer satisfaction (zero PPM, 100% delivery performance, meeting the quality system requirements).
