Accountant Clerk

Requirements
- Accountant knowledge and skills (previous experience would be a plus)
- Good professional background;
- Good computer knowledge plus ability to work with special
accounting software;
- Very good skills of English is a necessity;
- Good communication, presentation and organization skills;

Controls the accuracy of the issued invoices and ensures they are send to the customers on time. Ensures timely receiving of payments by following up all old accounts in accordance with Credit procedure of the Hotel
- Organizes and minutes Credit meetings. Follows up and controls all the activities decided on them
- Ensures transfers from guest ledger to city ledger are accurate and done
in a timely fashion
- Performs timely mailing of statements to guests with recent activity in the
hotel attaching pertinent back-up
- Posts payments received to aging and reconciles these payments to open
invoices
- Balances accounts receivable system to the general ledger on a routine
basis
- Ensure that the reporting and budgets deadlines are met;
- Assists in the preparation of month end reconciliation and in the final
monthly closing of the accounts receivable system
- Prepares all appropriate period closing reports and entries
