Sales and Marketing Manager

• Experience: 5 years of sales experience in the clinical diagnostics market, proven performance and customer relations.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a leading team of professionals.
• English language skills

Responsibilities:
• Develops annual marketing and sales strategy plan, detailing activities to follow that will focus on meeting company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance of the Sales Department staff. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Full responsibility to recruit and train sales staff
• Using the Sales Department staff collects and analyzes market requirements.
• Provides marketing support to the Product specialists for the entire product line.
• Provides marketing input to Business Development department specifying market requirements for current and future products.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all offer requests.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Department staff.
• Initiates and coordinates action plans to penetrate new markets. Analyzes new and potential customers.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. .
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Job Objective:
Responsible for the performance of all sales activities and marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Manage sales team of 15 reps and 3 Area Sales Managers and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth.
Establish and Implements marketing plan.
Creates and performs the sales and marketing training.
Coordinate the marketing promotion activities, shows, conferences.

• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
• Insures that all Sales Department staff meets or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
• Sets standards for Sales Department staff in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
• Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales Department staff to build motivation and selling skills.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
