| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
1. To identify training needs of different audiences;
2. To design technical training programs according to the different needs by adapting contents, methodology and communication style;
3. To deliver training programs;
4. To manage, maintain and improve all training supports both hardware and software;
5. To develop company reputation as an excellent provider of technical training to present and prospective partners;
6. To coordinate with Service Manager, Sales Managers and Marketing Manager in order to guarantee that technical training initiative are fully in line with company service and commercial strategy;
7. To prepare reports on training activities performed and feedback from participants;
8. To be constantly updated on technical issues concerning company' and competitors’ products.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- technical degree (strong technical background);
- at least 2 years professional experience in providing technical training PREFERABLY on heating (wall hung combi boilers, stand boilers) and electrical appliances (water heaters);
- professional experience, especially in heating products, is a MUST ;
- outstanding communication and teaching capability;
- autonomy, initiative, results orientation;
- planning, organisation;
- relationship management, dynamic personality, flexibility, customer focus;
- team-player in a small team;
- availability to travel;
- English knowledge;
- PC knowledge (Office).
