Required Qualifications:
- Ms/BS or equivalent technical experience in Computer Science or other engineering disciplines;
- Individual task estimation experience;
- Ability to multitask and support multiple projects with hard deadlines;
- Ability to present effectively to small technical groups;
Skills:
- XML and SyncML
- Strong Java/ J2EE experience
- Oracle, MSSQL, DB2
- UML Modeling
- Experience with embedded tools (C++, J2ME etc.)
- Experience with C++ (Visual C++) and COM/ ATL/ STL and MFC
- Experience with Wireless protocols
- Experience with CVS and VSS
- Experience with InstallShield (Windows Installer based)
- Experience with geographically distributed and offshore development teams
- Excellent English language communication skills
- Strong software design and re-factoring skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
This is a software engineering position. Responsibilities include software design, development, debugging, task scheduling and assignment and project technical communication and coordination. The focus is on delivering good quality products. The software products are sold to enterprise or carrier customers to synchronize wireless devices and computers to large enterprise groupware servers. The successful candidate will have a history in and will be currently capable of delivering high-quality software products within a disciplined framework of build/ release and quality assurance practices.
