Server Administrator

- Should possess minimum of 5 years of experience in the administration of servers (Windows & any one flavor in Unix), planning, Data Center Services & and fair knowledge on Network
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Diploma as applicable Locally
- Exposure to IT Industry Process & Standards such as BS15000, Six Sigma, BS7799
- OS – Windows Server Family & any one Unix flavor preferably Solaris.
- Applications - IIS, SQL, Legato, Veritas, Exchange, Lotus, Bind, ISA, Content Management, Interscan and Share point – any three of the above.
- Hardware – Dell PE Series, IBM Netfinity Series and Sun Series.
- Projects - Experience in Migration Projects.
- Certifications - MCSE/SCSA/
- SCNA/CCNA.

- Provide 24/7 Data centre support. Handling Day to day Data centre Operations and workstation Support.
- Initiating reviews to streamline processes and continuous improvement activities. Ensure that individual performance delivers team goals.
- Has sufficient client and cross-functional Knowledge to understand the consequences on client and other areas of the Organization of the decisions made by their teams & other teams outside their area of responsibility.
- Develop Client relationships, managing their expectations to result in a win-win solution.
- Identifying opportunities to extend the scope of services.
