RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Design and development of quality related initiatives (eSCM, Six Sigma), and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives.
- Support Business and functional team to achieve quality objectives.
- Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.
- Imparting basic training to personnel on quality related initiatives to percolate quality across the organization and building a Quality Culture.
- Track and report performance on organizational objectives and engagement objectives (Balanced Scorecard) & drive productivity score of the assigned project on a regular basis
- Support deals to track and act upon end customer feedback of the assigned deals
- Support Quality & CI managers in tracking performance against organization objectives and completion of Balanced Score card
- Work with Service Delivery Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing , enhancing and sharing quality best practices
- Prepare quality improvement plans and monitors calibration levels
- Conduct Quality audits to ensure the quality systems are being implemented consistently and effectively
- Involve in Implementing the improvement suggestions received through Employee Suggestion program
- Carry out quality audits and ensure that the quality systems are being implemented consistently and effectively
- Co-ordinate quality and internal control audits such as SAS70.
