OPERATION DELIVERY EXECUTIVE - segmentul auto

- provide communication between dealers, the company and final customers (Operational area of the process) in order to prepare all the documents and delivery the vehicles
- provide the necessary documents for delivery and sent them to the dealers and customers
- prepare documentation necessary for registration and deliver towards the customer, specific documents and information
- prepare all the necessary documents and information related to the insurance and registration process of the vehicles
- fill in the data in the Declease system all the data as concerns to the delivery, insurance and registration of the cars - supervise the distribution of the documents in the delivery process
- provide the take over of the vehicles and fill in all the necessary documents at he end of the contracts
- prepare all the necessary reports related to the delivery, registration and take over process of the vehicles
- provide good communication process, between sales department and customer in order to respect the delivery, insurance and registration dead lines.
- communicate and receive back from the dealers, the delivery documents
- keep tracking all documents referring to the delivery, registration, cross off of all cars and all processes with reference to communication with dealers and customers
- any other activities and reports related to the delivery and receive back the vehicles belongings to the company.
- Collect from the dealers all the necessary data of the cars related to:
o Price of acquisitions
o Configuration of the cars
o Cost of maintenance and spare parts for a determined period of usage
o Term of delivery
o Process of production

-the position is responsible for logistic of delivery , registration and insurance of the cars and for communication process between the company, dealers and customer, in order to satisfy the customer needs as follows:
- provide all communication processes in order to deliver the cars in due time
- communicate and transfer the data to the insurance and registration company for a complete process of delivery
- fill-in the soft system, all the data related to the delivery, insurance and registration process
- look for customer satisfaction and good communication process
- collect from the dealers, all the necessary data related to price of acquisition and maintenance cost of the cars
- review the data and do the basic calculation of the data
