Junior controller Russia, Eastern Europe and Balkans

-control and follow up Group reporting in US GAAP
-control and follow up different Group reporting
-Prepare the budget and forecast for the region
-Create standard controlling measures
-Ensure proper information and data flow from the operational units
-Support Management define actions, targets and processes in the scope of the position
-Identify recruitment and training requirements, propose training measures
-Teaching colleagues using the specific „Training on the job“ program
-Ensure compliance with the legal environment and cost saving measure guidelines
-Perform Internal Audits in the scope of the position and ensure that branches work in a uniform manner
-Analysis of the P&L (sales, gross margins, costs, ...) as well as active involvement to improve these figures
-Be pro active, driven individual who can challenge and support the operating units working at all levels within the business units and within the Risk and Audit team.
-Be a role model for the company’s values and demonstrate the highest ethical standards.

·Strong knowledge in accounting
·College Degree in Accounting / Finance
• MBA and/or IT and/or language skills ( English + Spanish , Italian or French will be add value)
· Big 4 experience > 1/3 years or financial controller position in a multinational company reporting in US GAAP
·Process thinking abilities
·Team Player
·Ability to travel out of the town on a periodic, as needed.
·Above average of excel ( pivot table, macro…)
•Comfortable with leading edge risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization and facilitate the implementation of corrective action.
• Very good knowledge of Macros & Pivot Table in Excel


The person will be based in Romania with local contract but traveling 90 % of the time (Zurich or the different countries of the zone)
