CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree (preferable in technical field)
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial sales
- Good technical skills
- Customer oriented
- Good influencing and negotiating skills
- Very good English knowledge
- Availability for travelling 50% of his/ her time |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Is responsible for covering efficiently the sales activity of the geographical area of Central Europe
- Is in charge of developing the existing sales network – customers and dealers - and of identifying new partners.
- Implements the sales policy defined for the geographical area s/he is in charge of.
- Coordinates and develops specific actions for promoting company’s products.
- Is involved in the organisation of training for sales representatives and engineers.
- Identifies new distribution solutions on non covered areas or where the sales cover is insufficient.
- Collects information about the competitors and about the existing market. |
