Is responsible for personnel recruiting, selection and on boarding process
Administrates labour contracts and activities linked to labour relationships
Is responsible for developing and organizing the training programs of the company
Formulates and implements programs for development of salaries, remuneration and benefits
Administrates the HR master data, personal files and time accounts
Ensures support in solving problems related to: organisational structure, personnel assessment, promotion etc.
Responsible for checking, controlling and booking of travel expenses |
