Associate Lawyers

We are seeking talented, hard working, career-oriented candidates who, ideally, have qualified from a reputable Romanian University, have taken their bar exam (locally qualified) and have several years post-graduation experience in one or more of the following areas, preferably gained with a top local or international law firm: Corporate/M&A, Real Estate, Competition, Banking & Finance, Energy, while candidates with experience in other areas are welcomed to apply.

you should be commercially minded and able to actively get involved in transactional and on-going client matters with cross-border implications. you should be fluent in written and spoken English (fluency in German is a plus) and native Romanian.
