BUSINESS ANALYST

We are searching for a BUSINESS ANALYST to identity, shape, and specify business solutions that increase the value the IT department provides to its end - users.

The ideal Candidate will have :

- Technical University degree
- 2-3 years working experience in IT development area on DB2 and SQL SERVER;
- 1-2 years working experience in IT business area - requirements and specifications for the end-users needs
- Project management skills and/or certification
- Good command of the English language, both in writing and orally
- Deep knowledge of relevant business functions.
- Knowledge of process and data design techniques

• Analyse the evidence, review processes, extract requirements and identify appropriate solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop pragmatic business solutions that include all elements of business (not just technology but training, marketing, recruitment, operational elements of the solution etc.)
• Demonstrate to a challenging but supportive senior management team the value to members via business cases
• Champion the new business solutions internally and externally
• Review technical solution designs and support the technical team in testing and quality assurance
• Monitor and measure outcome of business solutions
