 University degree in Economics
 Minimum 5 years experience in finance
 Knowledge in IAS
 Computer literate
 Fluency in English
 Being familiar with the production activity would be an advantage

Organizing and managing the financial – accountancy department

Drawing up:

 The expenses and revenues business budget and follows up its achievement
 Managerial analyses specific to the production activity
 Monthly financial statements ( balance sheet, income statement and cash flow
 Monthly analyze of current assets
 Financial and activity reports
 Periodical inventory of all the patrimonial values and follows up the defining of the inventory results


Analyze:

 The results of the company, compared to the preceding years and with the expenses and revenues budget
 Company business expenses and revenues budget versus company budget
 Monitoring the budget and the justification of the discrepancies from the budget
 Company’s debts and takes measures for their recovery
 Expenses and establish real measures for their decreasing
 Profit centers




Establish:

 The accounts plan for the whole company and makes the account monograph of the company
 The organizational and procedural frame of the Audit department
 Proposals for the Internal Control System
 Exercise the preventive financial control regarding the legality, necessity, opportunity and efficiency of the operations
 Compatible strategies for development of the financial and management informatics systems and ensures their good implementation.

Makes proposals referring to the investment policy of the company
Monitor the financial deals with the customers and suppliers according to the existing contracts and agreements
Provide financial analyses in order to support the decision making of the management team
Draws-up other ad-hoc reports for management purposes
Ensure the implementation of the Insurance policy
Prepare proposals for minimizing the financial risk
Bank relationship development
Train and motivate the department’s personnel
