Sales Representative - Bucharest

Candidate profile:
• studies: university degree, preferably with a good understanding of technical processes;
• training: sales, negotiation and communication skills;
• work experience: minimum and relevant 4-5 years in sales, selling of industrial products/services is a plus;
• dynamic, challenger, demanding;
• team player with good social skills, flexible/adaptable;
• foreign languages: fluent in English;
• PC skills: MS Office;
• willing to travel - domestic and international.

Key responsibilities:
• achievement of sales growth and profitability objectives for his/her portfolio of customers;
• undertakes and manages the entire selling cycle (from customer and needs identification, to solution development and presentation, offering, negotiation, closing, contract management);
• establishes and develops good, long-term relationships with customers;
• cooperates with technical support staff and colleagues in the other departments of the company.
