Sales & Marketing Manager - Bucuresti

Candidate profile:
• studies: university degree, preferably with a good understanding of technical processes;
• training: sales, negotiation and communication skills;
• work experience: strong sales experience (at least 5 years), minimum 2 years in a team leadership position, experience of selling industrial products/services is a plus;
• high commercial acumen, challenger type, demanding;
• team player with excellent social skills, flexible/adaptable;
• foreign languages: fluent in English, French is a plus;
• PC skills: MS Office;
• willing to travel - domestic and international.

Key responsibilities:
• achieve the company’s sales objectives;
• lead complex negotiations with major customers or prospects;
• define and execute the marketing and commercial strategy of the company;
• guaranty the right management of all commercial and marketing information and check their consistency: market needs, products, services, customers, competitors, opportunities, etc.;
• manage the performance and resources of the sales team.
