Finance Manager - Bucuresti

Candidate profile:
• studies: university degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling (ACCA is a plus);
• training: international accounting standards;
• work experience: minimum 5 years of professional experience in an international environment with at least 2 years as senior/chief/management accountant;
• good accounting knowledge of both local statutory and international standards (IFRS);
• tax knowledge and expertise;
• knowledge of policies and procedures applicable within multinational companies;
• foreign languages: fluent in English;
• PC skills: MS Office, especially Excel, ERP working knowledge.

Key responsibilities:
• responsible for all financial and administrative items in close cooperation with Central Europe and Group Management;
• build up gradually and manage a local accounting team appropriate to the needs of the respective development stages of the company;
• implementation of Group Accounting Standards (IFRS) as well as other group policies and procedures;
• ensure compliance with fiscal and local statutory accounting regulations;
• development and implementation of effective internal control procedures;
• financial planning, reporting and analysis;
• treasury management and project financing.
