NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

THE ROLE
You will join our team of eight National Sales Managers each of whom directs our sales operations in a different country. As such, you will – collaborating with our Export Manager – have overall responsibility for our roof window business in Romania. Your key responsibilities will be growing our existing accounts and locating and negotiating with new distribution channels. The autonomy of the role means you will find that this opportunity is as close as you can get to running your own business. Your key daily tasks will include:

• Creating strategic partnerships with retailers within the DIY and builders’ merchants segments, with emphasis on optimising the complete value chain both for RoofLITE and our customers.
• Growing our customer base with other retailers and also through our distributor partners.
• Setting of price, product and promotional strategy for the Romanian markets.
• Management of key international customers in co-operation with colleagues in other countries.
