| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Education & Experience:
• University Degree in Economics;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Compensations and Benefits area, preferably within a multinational company or industrial company with over 1000 employees.
Required Knowledge:
• Solid knowledge regarding compensation and benefits systems;
• Familiarity with labor legislation requirements (special regulations related to taxes, public contributions);
• Proficiency in MS Office – particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint;
• Excellent command of English;
• Working knowledge of Human Resources Management would be an asset.

• Proven ability to work accurately with figures and spreadsheets;

• Flexibility and creativity. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Implements (and monitors compliance with) the Compensation and Benefits policies across Rompetrol Group (salary levels, performance bonuses, public and private medical insurances, life and risks insurances);
• Delivers required compensation & benefits-related analyses and reports;
• Prepares analyzes and reports regarding staff-related costs and headcount;
• Keeps track of the benefits paid according to Collective Labor Agreements for each entity of the Group, as well as of the bonus systems in place;
• Administers the company participation in salary surveys (completes information in the data base, compares current jobs against benchmarks in the market, sends data for consolidation, consolidates salary reports);
• Prepares data for supporting the Collective Labor Agreements negotiation process (salary comparison, bonuses, other benefits according to benchmarks);
• Administers all activities related to expatriate policy implementation (identifies and implements transfer conditions for foreign persons - residence and working permit, accommodation, children related issues, taxes, medical insurance);
• Supervises the relationship with the compensation and benefits suppliers, observing completion of existent contracts (for medical insurances, life and risk insurances, other benefits);
• Monitors and updates the labor medicine contracts;
• Collects and updates information related to foreign personnel: expatriate cost and quality of life, rent levels, schools and tuition fees, other.
