• Develops and implements sales strategies for designated area to achieve planned volumes and turnovers within budget limits.
• Establishes and develops effective marketing approach.
• Responsible for market intelligence data gathering and analysis: information, trends and development opportunities.
• Represents the company in front of key customers.
• Conducts negotiations on commercial terms within the boundaries of the business plan.
• Reports periodically on the progress and results, analyze developments and make recommendations.
• Responsible for appraisal and development of employees.
