| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
• A proven track record in pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Capability of making decisions and taking responsibility
• The ideal candidate should be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full driving license.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Establishing effective personal relationships with a range of senior health care professionals within pharmaceutical industry
• Planning and prioritization of personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving agreed business goals for focused products.
• Planning and management of product portfolio in the territory according to agreed product strategy.
• Management of agreed KOL's for focused products.
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on market development and competitors activities.
• Participation in meetings/congresses/symposiums/seminars according agreed product strategy, budgets and timelines.
• Attaining sales target for territory
• Reporting information back to head office about customer profile, prescription habits, KOL development plans, keeping records of sales
• Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data and research, so that you could discuss medical matters with health professionals in a knowledgeable way.
