The profile
- You have a university degree in the social field and at least three to four years working experience in this field.
- You like to be more than a social worker because your first goal is to teach these youngsters how to succeed in life.
- Your English is good enough to communicate verbally with the Dutch founder and you are able to read and write in English.
- You don't mind working outside typical business hours and understand that sometimes the job requires you to work on unexpected moments. On the other hand, the Foundation will make sure you have enough time for private life.

Job description
Together with the psychologist and the Dutch founder, you will manage the two homes with each 6-8 youngsters. The Dutch founder can only be in Sibiu 3-4 days per month. In this team, you will organize everything necessary for the success of the goal of the Foundation.
Together with the psychologist, you will:
- help finding perfect homes to accommodate the youngsters;
- have to build and maintain relations with employers where the youngsters will and can work or where we organize internships, so the youngsters will learn to get a working mentality;
- learn them whatever is necessary for success in life, for example learn them how to cook for themselves, how to wash clothes and clean their house, how to write an application letter, how to cope with friendship etcetera;
- manage correctly the information regarding the youngsters biography and making the initial evaluations;
- maintain individual plan of caring and social assistance based on results of the advanced evaluation;
- monitor the social assistance activity.

The Dutch Foundation Romanian Prospects has been founded to help youngsters of 18 years and older who come from orphanages or are not able to fit in society in general. The Foundation will help these youngsters by providing good accommodation, helping to find a job/internship and providing (psychological) support.
