Senior Consultant

You can join us as Senior Consultant if you have more than 5 years' experience in consulting, financial services or in a leading multinational company, a keen interest in strategic issues and a solid track record of working successfully in teams.

You will make a successful candidate for the Senior Consultant position if:

1. You have a degree in economics, business or engineering from a reputable university (having graduated an MBA program constitutes an advantage)
2. You possess a structured approach to solving problems
3. You show exceptional analytical capacity, as well as conceptual abilities
4. You analyze data proficiently and are able to understand and interpret the underlying matters
5. You are highly motivated and entrepreneurial
6. You demonstrate a high level of commitment for excellence
7. You exhibit very good communication and presentation skills
8. You speak English fluently, and preferably other languages (German would be an advantage)

Our recruiting process will lead you through the following steps:

1. Submit your résumé, along with an application letter in English, to cariere@rolandberger.com

2. Selected applicants will be invited to a preliminary test meant to assess their analytical thinking, their verbal and mathematical skills, as well as their ability to synthesize.

3. Successful candidates will afterwards be invited for a final round of interviews.

Lasting about 1 hour each, Roland Berger recruitment interviews are interactive and meant to provide you with an opportunity to prove that you have what it takes to be a consultant: analytical skills, pragmatism, creativity and strategic thinking.
Besides introducing yourself and your goals, you will be challenged to solve a mini business case and to present it afterwards.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play one of the most important roles within our office, providing our clients with "creative strategies that work".

Typically, you will:

• Be responsible for one or more project modules or even small projects
• Deal directly with clients, ensuring that communication is perfect at all levels
• Guide your younger colleagues
• Contribute to the development of new business proposals
• Prepare presentations
