IT responsible

- Advanced written and verbal English skills;
- Very good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Wireless, Vo IP, Switches, VPN, Cabling), Cisco, Stonesoft (firewall);
- Telecom infrastructure Mitel (PABX & phones);
- Knowledge of operating systems Windows, Linux;
- Hardware: 3 HP servers and 1 MSA 2012i (Storage array);
- Infrastructure: 9 vizualized servers with Vmware ESXi infrastructure;
- Knowledge of databases (Microsoft, Oracle);
- Professional attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Results orientated, self-motivated and posses high-energy;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects;
- Previous experience in retail domain is an advantage.

Role:
As a networking administrator, you will be working within our team of technical support in order to provide technical support internally, and to clients for a variety of complex technical solutions. You must be passionate about technology with a deep understanding of computing fundamentals coupled with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to client technical support enquiries via telephone and email;
• Diagnosing technical problems using a mix of proprietary web-based tools, database and log file analysis;
• Escalating serious technical problems to the relevant engineer;
• Monitoring our systems.

- Administrates and maintenanes the company's infrastructure, network architecture, telecommunication, data base servers and POS terminals, cash registers involved.
- Works closely with both the IT Manager and with the other empoyees, to ensure that the department objectives align with institutional vision and expectations.
