CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• PERSON SPECIFICATION – REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION BACKGROUND
o University Degree in finance and/or banking and/or MBA and/or IT.
o Very good command of spoken and written English.
o Knowledge of Financial instruments.
o Professional certificates would be an advantage (FCSM, PMP, FRM, PRM).
o Oracle Database Administration knowledge.
o Back-office, and/or Front, Middle-office experience (trading, financial analytics, credit management) or a significant experience in a similar position will be a plus.
• REQUIREMENTS
o Good knowledge of financial markets, financial instruments and derivatives and their trading workflow, risk management, trading strategies, limit structures and lines of credit. Knowledge of one or more products belonging to Reuters Risk & Trade Management family will be a plus
o Understanding of computer technologies and methods (UNIX, Windows, RDBMS like Sybase/Oracle, TCP/IP Networking). Knowledge on Oracle/Sybase SQL
o Strong written, verbal communications, and presentation skills
o Ability to work in a team environment.
o Proactive, organized and able to work with minimum supervision
o high proficiency in the use of Microsoft and other desktop computer applications
o Business analysis skills;
o Project Management skills;
o Willingness and ability to travel across other countries

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Works as part of the project implementation team to conduct business analysis.
• Customises and configures the application to the agreed specification.
• Assists user acceptance testing and specialist customer training.
• Provides ongoing support for escalated problems.
• Supports pre-sales with financial expertise.
• Provide expert knowledge on Oracle/Sybase SQL.
• Stay constantly up to date about projects and studies within the Risk & Trade Management scope (new products, market requirements and analyses).
• Provide assistance and training (product expertise) to clients and prospects, on all functionality issues, including telephone and on site support.
• Maintain and improve long term client relationship and client satisfaction
