Senior IT Engineer - POS/BOS/RHO expert for Orpak Romania Customer Support Department

The main duty is to learn quickly all the hardware and software aspects/details of Orpak Romania retail solution delivered to the gas stations. He must take care about all the new versions delivered to the customer by assuring that all of them are strongly tested and documented. Together whit the team witch he belongs to, has the responsibility of assuring the First Customer for Service Desk department.

Knowledge required:
- Solid knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, 2003 server, Windows Domain Server
- Solid knowledge of PC Hardware, Networking
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Capacity to work on tight schedules.
- Stress resistant, long hours.
- Advanced English skills is mandatory
- Availability for traveling in other countries

Responsibilities:
-24/7 support for Service Desk department.
-Write specific documents and procedures for known and repeatable problems received from Service Desk.
-Active role in finding all possible improvements for the implemented systems.
-Active part in entire developing process from design to implementation for new projects.
-Assure quality and avoid risks of new projects/versions delivering through detailed documentation and also real time and laboratory tests.
