Subject Matter Expert on Retail Compensation

•Interface with EMEA Partner Compensation process owner and Business Units contacts on requirements, progress review, and improvements needed.
•Act as an operations liaison between EMEA team, BOC team, GBS team, Country teams, and IT.
•Design process or drive required re-engineering.
•Document process, and ensure audit compliance.
•E2E operational excellence in Retail compensation.
•Monitor deployment in all countries and Business Units.
•Setup Retail Compensation operations/business metrics (specific, meaningful, actionable, timely).
•Ensure tools setup (e.g. CAT) is setup correctly for Retail Compensation process.
•Handle Issues and Escalations.
•Chase/Track data-quality issues.

Requirements

Knowledge/skills:
•Professional English-level.
•4 years of relevant experience in Operations.
•Solid Project Management experience and methodology.
•Solid knowledge of reporting and financial tools.
•Good understanding of the sales/ channel mechanics.
•Very good knowledge of MS tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
•Leadership ( virtual teams, contractors, HP).
•Ability to communicate and interact at all org levels.
