CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- University degree
- English knowledge
- Management experience – minimum 2 years
- Previous experience – pharmaceutical industry – distribution/ FMCG
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good planning and organization skills with tight follow-up
- People management abilities
- Capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines and tasks


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

1. Direct the allocated retail sales team in implementing Company’s strategic plans for the Retail business
a. Ensure the process is according Company’s procedures
b. Review the team’s performance on a regular basis
i. Conduct meetings with sales team to discuss objectives and goals in the designated area
ii. Ensure subordinates are meeting their goals and objectives
iii. Monitor Bucharest RCR routings based on GPS reports and take appropriate actions
c. Establish appropriate actions in order to develop subordinates
i. Identify development needs and assure training program’s implementation based on follow-up
ii. Coaching through dual calls
iii. Establish development monitoring process
2. Develop and implement retail sales tactics for designated area to achieve planned volumes and turnovers within budget limits
a. Research market conditions and customer base to identify appropriate sales tactics
b. Responsible for market intelligence data gathering and analysis: information, trends and development opportunities.
3. Assure efficient market interface
a. Explore potential commercial opportunities to increase the business.
b. Build and develop good relationships with key customers
c. Conduct negotiations on commercial terms within the boundaries of the business plan
d. Approve team’s commercial requirements within the boundaries of responsibilities
4. Management report
a. Report periodically on the progress and results
b. Analyze developments and make recommendations
