Software Project Manager

Needed Knowledge:
 University Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control or Computer Engineering
 Minimum 2 years of experience in Embedded Software development (automotive preferred)
 Minimum 1 years of experience in coordinating a project team
 Knowledge in the area of embedded software development for real-time systems
 Knowledge of test environment, tools (Matlab, Simulink and it’s an advantage to know INCA, CANalyzer, dSpace/ETAS HIL systems), process and methods
 Knowledge in the area of powertrain (engine or transmission), internal combustion engines or gearboxes is a plus
 Advanced knowledge of English and/or French
 Driving license is required or will be needed from the first two months on the job

In Powertrain management system and calibration Division, the Software Project Manager will work in a growing and motivated team and he will be responsible for the complete management of embedded software projects (one or more in parallel) from early developments to industrialization of the Software and Calibration:

 Software development management in terms of Planning, Quality, Costs and Deliverables
 Managing requirements and change requests from the stakeholders from specifications to functional tests
 Providing technical leadership to his software team
 Interacting with other departments
 Maintaining the projects schedule
 Managing the software supplier
 Organizing and carrying out meetings and presentations for the stakeholders
 Reporting the project progress and quality status to the System Project Manager and your Hierarchy, understanding the importance of achieving the milestones
