CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For this vacancy we would like to meet young candidates with a technical background at university level, with a pro-active attitude, good professional and organizational skills, capable of discussing specifications and requirements with suppliers and subcontractors and organize and coordinate the work within the department and co-operate with others. Previous experience in a design office for civil constructions will be a plus.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
In this position you will produce prices and technical descriptions for the projects, as presented to you by the technical or sales manager. Your main task will be the pre-investigation and the cost-price calculation consisting of the analysis of draughts, sketches, designs, models etc, in order to produce a survey of actions for parts or composed products that are to be produced or purchased; determining the work methods, stating the products that need to be produced or purchased and obtain prices for such in order to produce overall calculation; punctually determining the costs, prices and technical description. After following these steps, you have to correctly and punctually present the project to the technical or sales manager. Prior of the projects execution you will coordinate and issue the production drawings as well the erection package.
The job requires intensive contacts with the colleagues in the Bucharest office, the Dutch headquarters of the company, (potential) clients and their advisors. Because of the international nature of our business you are fluently in English both verbal and in writing, whereas knowledge of French and/or German will be highly appreciated as well. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of CAD and Office programs.
