Account Manager

The ideal candidate should possess:

* Technical university degree, preferably IT-related.
* Minimum of three years experience in selling IT products and solutions. Experience in complex software products and especially databases and systems management products will be considered very favorably.
* Contacts in and knowledge of the Romanian IT market. Exposure in the banking and/or telecoms industries will be considered very favorably.
* Ability to understand customers’ requirements and identify new business opportunities.
* Excellent customer management skills and ability to create and maintain lasting relationships at all levels of the customers’ organizations.
* Ability to meet and exceed regular sales quotas.
* Fluency in English (written and oral) and Romanian.
* High availability (traveling abroad and domestic).

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

* Prospect for new customers and follow-up on all self-generated or assigned leads.
* Develop relationships with key account personnel to promote existing or new products to current or prospective customers.
* Manage the whole sales cycle (i.e. qualify, present, propose, negotiate, close).
* Follow-up on all customers to generate repeated sales.
