| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate should possess:
* Technical university degree, preferably IT-related
* Minimum of three years experience in software development, BI and / or systems management. Experience in development platforms (e.g. PowerBuilder), modelling (PowerDesigner), database systems (e.g. Sybase, MS SQL Server), ETL or Data Quality (Informatica), business intelligence (e.g. Business Objects) or IT infrastructure management products (BMC) will be considered very favorably
* Very good customer management skills
* Fluency in English (written and oral) and Romanian
* High availability (traveling abroad and domestic)

* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements.
* Respond in a timely fashion to all assigned projects.
* Implement company policies regarding deliverable quality.
