| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
MISSION: To maximise the sales & profitability of company retail stations through coaching /supervision of area sales managers, optimal operational efficiencies and the highest retail standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implementation of company policies & strategies.
• Hands on coaching of Area sales Managers.
• Maintain highest operational standards.
• Expense/cash control.
• Inventory levels.
• Control of regional assets.
• Recruitment, hiring, training and development of area sales managers.
• Overseeing development & recruitment of station managers.
• Overseeing & implementation of marketing department initiatives.
• Develop specific regional plans to exceed sales/profit targets.
• Complete one night tour every four weeks for a minimum of eight hours.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
• Sales and margin targets
• Audit results
• Regional ready for business scores
• Mystery shopper scores
• Promotability of store managers and area sales managers
• Regional expenses budgets on or below target.
