RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Develops and manages existing properties portfolio to ensure maximum profitability
- Searching new offers on the field in order to increase and fulfill property data base
- Analyze the real estate market to identify the best opportunities
- Permanent develops and manages relationships with the clients
- Prepares and negotiates contracts
- Periodical visit to the properties
- Permanently makes property description – upgrading the latest information
- Periodically analyze the market trends in order to provide the necessary information for market overviews, articles and case studies.
- Permanent cooperation within the company in order to provide in-time and accurate solutions for company's clients
- Perform various job-related duties as assigned
