CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Redmond seeks 9 PART TIME (between 1.5 & 2 days per week) Area Managers.
We will appoint an Area Manager in EACH of these 9 regions:
ARAD/TIMISOARA
BRASOV
BUCHAREST
CLUJ-NAPOCA
CONSTANTA
ORADEA
PITESTI
PLOIESTI
SIBIU
The Ideal Candidate has/is:
highly self motivated and able to work without supervision
a minimum of 1.5 days each week during working hours for this job (this job is not compatible with another additional full time job)
very good English OR German
genuine interest in property investment and an entrepreneurial mentality
either a qualification or experience in real estate (OR finance OR business OR law)
use of a car + driver's licence. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work with real estate agents and other sources to find well located commercial properties (buildings, shops) for purchase
Collect information about such properties
Help Redmond to analyse the risks and rewards of each purchase opportunity
Assist Redmond in purchase negotiations with real estate owners
(Optional) Manage the properties after purchase
On the job training provided.
