Financial Analyst

• Very good knowledge of financial applications and Romanian Real estate legislation;
• Ability to produce and adjust financial analysis models;
• Very good computer literacy (efficient use of the computer and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel);
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or other relevant fields;
• Analytical thinking;
• Dynamic, open-minded, young spirit, resourceful, efficient;
• Result-oriented, long-term vision, communicative, self-conscious, team player, high moral values.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze real estate investments, current developments and feasibility;
• Analyze financial information to produce cash flow forecasts of real estate projects, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
• Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to support decision making in Investment Committee meetings.
• Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences.
• Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the fields of industrial technology, business, finance, and economic theory.
• Monitor fundamental economic, industrial, and corporate developments through the analysis of information obtained from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, company sources, and personal interviews.
• Present oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries.
• Analyze & interpret financial data, recommend to management investments and investment timing to companies, investment firm staff, or the investing public.
• Prepare the financial statements and all the reports requested by the management;
• Assist Finance Manager in preparing the budget and other administrative workflow, as required.

SALARY

• Start-up salary between 700 and 1000 €, depending on experience, professionalism and output.
