ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER - LOGISTICS SERVICES

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Commercial / Economic / Marketing Studies
* Very good command of English
* PC literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
* 1 – 2 years of experience in „contabiliate primara” and/or secretarial work
* Knowledge of sales operation and distribution
* Good organizational, planning, analytical and follow-up prioritizing skills
* Communicative, reliable, honest
* Showing high self-motivation and strong tracking record for achieving results
* Punctuality driven and available to work extra time
* Possessing a nice physical appearance
* Looking for a long term career within a professional, successful and supportive environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Business Operation Support Management: assists in and keeps record of internal documents (in and out shipments, e-mailing campaigns, etc.), develops and maintains Company’s customers data base, runs inventory/warehouse management software and performs basic accountancy activities of the kind: ’registru de casa, facturare, NIR-uri, cash, decont-uri”

RESPONSABILITIES:

* Manages interface between Management, Sales and Logistics Department
