Recruitment Consultant

Williams & Partner is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

Job description:
• Candidate search & selection – matching the right candidate with our clients job opportunities
• Business development – developing close relationships with actual clients and expanding the portfolio by closing new contracts; responsible for generating sales revenue and business development activities.
• Leading projects - create customised solutions for clients, ensuring the information flow with all parties during the entire process

Requirements

• University degree
• Sales experience
• Project Management experience
• Knowledge and work experience in one of our specific business units is expected eg Finance & Banking, FMCG, Industry & Supply Chain
• Excellent communication and contact management skills
• Good PC knowledge
• Excellent presentation & sales skills
• English is a must, any additional languages is an advantage
