CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- At least 6 months of experience in HR, exposed to recruitment and selection processes;
- Communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Excellent English command (reading, speaking, written).
- A real and proven Team-player;
- Conflict solving skills, negotiation skills;
- Organized person;
- Determined person who wants to build a career in recruitment;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Works cooperatively with the departmental Managers and with the team
- Builds candidate pools for individual jobs and special hiring initiatives
- Utilizes the tools (tests) in order to manage the improvement of recruitment processes
- holds interviews with entry and middle leveled candidates and presents the shortlist to the internal clients
